Smile Truck Breaking Down when Pulling

Hi All:

My 06 was acting up a bit today. When pulling at low rpm's it would sneeze or brake down a bit. No problem at all at hight RPM's. This is oil change weekend as well I p/u fuel filters from Ford. Any Ideas on what might be going on ? Could it be a touch of water in fuel?
200000kms.

Thanks
Kerry

Has the EGR valve been replaced or even cleaned lately.

Changed fuel filters and cleaned EGR, it wasn't real dirty. Road tested and no difference.
Took it to dealer today. They replaced EGR valve, EBP sensor and tube and they said "they had to" replace the EBP wiring plug. They said the tube and sensor were plugged and the EGR valve was faulty.
Left there, truck was working and 1 hour later the engine light came on. Have to take it back , I guess...
