I'm almost ready to order Polk Audio DB571 speakers from Crutchfield to replace all four stock speakers. Would you put in foam baffles?

Crutchfield has xtc and boom mat which look about the same in the pictures. I did search in the audio section here and some say they won't help or hurt sound quality but will protect the speaker from water/dirt. Another said the baffles created a "buzzing" when turned up. Another said they are a waste of money.

Any experience with these in our trucks?

 

In case anyone else has the same question....don't waste your money.
