$100 for compressor
i need an a/c compressor for my 92 f150 with the i6 so i called my local junkie. he told me he had the part and wanted 100 dollars for it. on ebay there are remanufactured compressors for around the same price (maybe a little higher). should i go to my junkie? the price seemed high for a used part.

I got my compressor from a you-pull-it type junkyard for under 20 bucks. Look for one of those yards and save yourself some money.
People will point out that you're taking a chance on the part not working at all by taking this route but that's why everything is so cheap. Mine works great by the way.
