spark plugs
i got a 2001 lightning.wheres the spark plugs at?i looked on top with a flash light and under it.cant see the wires or plugs.

Look for the fuel rails on both sides of the blower. Directly
underneath, you'll see the individual coil packs (Covering the plugs)

Hey man this is really funny because i wondered the same thing. The engine is an overhead cam design and the spark plugs dont screw in the sides like a traditional v-8 head. Each plug has its own ignition coil and they are located on top of the engine right next to the injectors. The timing etc is computer monitored and they did away with all the messy wires etc. I started to change my plugs for better performance but the svt guys said it wasnt worth it , plus it would take forever.A real

Nitro Lightning :-X11 and Road Rash, claim they can change all the plugs in a Lightning "turn-key" in only 30 minutes LOL
