Hi Everyone - I have a 1994 F150 XLT extended cab, 5.0l eng., auto trans w/OD, short bed. I am planning on hitching up a 21' camping trailer, with a weight of about 3200lbs (dry weight). From the detail of other articles I have read here it seems my truck would be able to pull this trailer very well. Unfortunately, I bought my truck at an auction and the was no owners manual, does anyone know if the is a site that list SPECS for my year truck?
Thanks
You shouldn't have a problem with that load, i think you can easily tow 6000+ with that setup.
Primary rig is:
95' F-150 XLT 4x4, 302, 5 spd, MSD 6A, Sunroof, and some 32" BFG Muds .
Pictures are in!!
Then theres:
99' Mustang GT 4.6L
88' F-250 Superduty 4x4 351/c6
95' Mercury Cougar 4.6L V-8
80' E-350 300/6 with a
3 spd column shifter. Top speed is 65mph, Go Baby Go!
Actually i take that back, you can tow around 4700-5000 at most safely.
