I think he is asking if there is a Garrett BB 0r Van Turbo, out there, that someone is willing to "pay forward".

How'd you guess?
Rick- my turbo is getting a bit tired I think and could use a rebuild. Since the DP Tuner, it tends to surge a bit, even on flat ground with no load. Bearings feel fine, but I think it's starting to give me the finger. I'd like to upgrade, but will prolly just rebuild the stocker for now. I'm not an AIG exec, so no big bonuses for me

Chase,

I still have my old early 99 turbo that I replaced last November. Working and none leaking EBPV pedestal as well. It's yours for the shipping costs. Just let me know. There are pics in my gallery. Click for GALLERY

I appreciate the offer Robin! I think for now I will pass on your offer, in case someone comes along who is in dire need. I just checked the turbo last week and did not have any in/out play and I wasn't able to get the wheel to contact the housing with side to side movement either. I think at 180k miles (and known slight dusting problems due to a stock airbox/K&N filter combo when I bought it) the turbo isn't 100% anymore. Of course, I could try to keep my foot out of it too, but whats the fun in that?
