CCV and inter cooler
I plan on doing the CCV mod along with others while I'm there.
My question is should I clean all the inter cooler lines while I'm there ? CXan the inter cooler be flushed or cleaned ?
I've read a lot of post of oil bing in the lines etc and am just trying to head off any possible problems ..
Is there a link or info on cleaning these ? Especially the inter cooler ?
And while I'm here is the a certain way to flush the steering pump ?

No need to clean the IC tubes really. To clean the cooler itself, remove and fill with a water/simple green solution. Let sit for a while, dump it out and dry it out as best you can before reinstalling it.

Mark- try this: using Google, type in "power steering flush site:ford-trucks.com/forums/" I don't have time to run the search right now but you should get some good results that way.
