advice needed on changing brake fluid
I need to change brake fluid on a "99 Explorer AWD. 4.0 SOHC. Can I change the fluid by bleeding one corner at a time(RR,LR,FR,FL) and keeping the fluid reservoir topped off without tripping the ABS sensors or anything else?

i normally use a suction gun and pull a few ounces out of the resivoir first, then top off with new fluid. normally you start as far from the cylinder as you can get and start bleading and pumping new fluid to that point. that is the right riear corner. it should not effect the ABS. monitor the level in the canister as you said. dont pump when empty, you will get air into the system. i normally pump the brake 10 times, then hold down the pedal and bleed out. then pump 10 times again, hold and bleed. after three cycles, fill the tank and start again.
