Problem with Dp tuner?

Hello every one,
Recently I have been having problem's with my Dp tuner. Right after I start the truck and if I try to switch programs it will kill the truck and the tuner will rest as per say and go back to #1 and now some time's if I am on the road and I try and switch programs the truck will shudder for a second and the Dp will rest and go back to # 1 again.
Any ideas
Thanks,
Nick

I bet there's something wrong with the switch (box with illuminated numbers) and that's what is causing your problem. I had a problem with mine when I first got it (dying in position 4, tunes not in the right position, etc) and Jody thought it was the chip, but it turned out to be the switch.

Call or drop Jody an email.

Maybe check the connector that plugs into the switch as well. Maybe it's wiggled loose.

I think the switch is just a switch. You have the send the module back for more tunes.

I would agree..

This can also happen if you did clean the terminals very good on the computer.
