Although I found that by the time I priced out all the parts and material, it was almost cheaper to buy a ready made one. For a factory made one try www.bigtextrailers.com
Good luck, I spent months searching for plans and parts, and finally decided that a factory built one was the easier route. You don't have to take it to the DMV to have a serial number assigned or an inspection to see if it is roadworthy.. Just my 2 cents.
