trans or rear end?
Just bought a 02 F250SD 4x4 with auto trans. This is my first SD diesel so I'm not sure what this is or if it is anything. From a stop is you ease into the throttle there is a slight hesitation before the it takes off, I'm not sure how to desribe it exactly. Almost like a bad u-joint.(checked those, they're ok). It's like the trans doesn't lock up right-away or ring and pinion have slop in them. The truck has 140,000 miles on it. If you take don't ease into the throttle you don't notice it at all. Anybody have any ideas?
