OU: O = As jermanfenser said, there was no O till 1975, it's prolly Q = Light Yellow Green (1973 only color).
P4: P = In addition: Ranger XLT / 4 = Styleside Pickup, Bench Seat.

it always feels great when you're driving by somewhere and people stop to look at what coming and then wave when they see that's it's an old truck. that just makes me tingle all over. it puts a big ol' smile on my face.
