Stacks Installed!

Figured I would post up some pics, since a couple of people have asked if I installed them yet.....

I installed the Aluminzed MBRP sytem from Clay at RiffRaff, with the black 5" mitres. Straight forward install, although, after helping Clay install his I was not really happy with the stack clamps and brackets that MBRP sells for their kit. I went to the local BIG truck chrome shop and found a set of chrome stack clamps that have the tabs on them to mount to the rear bed rail. I went ahead and painted the inbed pipes and clamps with VHT gloss black high temp paint, just so everything kinda blends in together.

That is one super slick install!! Painting the T-pipe & other components with the VHT was a VERY nice touch!

I'm not a fan of stacks by any stretch, but those look good on your truck Brandon. The black and red go well together.

Looks good buddy. I think I like the black stacks better than the chrome ones now.

On edit: your front of your trailer is going to get a bit dirty with soot...

No worse than the bottom of my 5er did with the tips straight out the back on my old exhaust. It was time for a change, and this opportunity came at the right time.
