76 F250 and F350 Crewcab part interchange

I have a '76 F250 Crewcab 2wd that I am rebuilding the chassis to drop a '76 F350 crewcab, engine, etc... onto. The main reason I am doing this is that the F250 frame is a SWB vs. the F350 which is a LWB.
My question is... Is the front suspension, brakes, etc... the same on the F250 as is the F350? The F250 has the dual piston caliper setup as does the F350. In particular, I would like to know if the spindles and hubs are the same. I have looked online and find conflicting information. My local parts pros have no idea...
I thought I would post this before I rip both front ends apart as it would save me alot of time.
Thanks.

considering there both the same rears yes! if one is d-44 and other is d-60 then there are differences in axels, hubs, ball joints, driveshafts
