I'm about to get some new tires for the dual axle car hauler i have.. i just purchased this from a friend and it has some bald P tires on it..
i know i should be looking for LT type tires.. my rims are 15".. but what im trying to figure out is the load ranges on the tires..
what do they corrispond too? C=? D=? E=?
my trailer wieghs in at 1500.. and the jeep is 4400.. for a total of 5900lbs..
Go with a minimum of load range D. E would be even better. Better to underload your tires than to overload them and the cost difference isn't that much.

thanks guys.. i just got some tires today.. H78 i think.. they say they replace the 225/75/15's.. they have a load range of D.. something like 2450 at a certain psi.. per tire.. and with 4 of these.. i should be well above my jeep/trailer combo..
thanks again..
