I'll be using something similar on my truck bed later this year. I have a few spots of rust appearing and I want to "nip it in the bud." I've heard that POR-15 is good as well.

The Rust Bullet worked well. I painted the silver (original) on the receiver hitch first. Then the black gloss (automotive). It looks like new. I thought that I wouldn't be a fan of the gloss but it looks great.
