v10 stalling

v10 stalling
2002 excursion. been running rough at low rpms when in gear,now when you shift into gear motor stalls out. it starts right back up in park but the od off light is flashing. is this a convertor locked up problem?

Yes, it is. Before doing ANYTHING you need to get the codes read. Otherwise you'll be changing parts randomly until you stumble upon the problem. You could waste thousands of dollars and still have the problem if you don't read the codes first.
