GCWR for '96 PSD ??
I have a 96 F-250 HD 4x4 PSD and am trying to figure out how much I can tow. I have a 1996 F-series owners manual, but it doesn't include info for the diesel. The similar (supercab, 4x4) F-250 with the 460 and 4.10 rearend is rated for 10,400 lbs trailer weight and a GCWR of 16,000 lbs. Another source lists 1997 F-250s with the PSD as rated to tow 14,000 lbs. Where does my truck fit into the scheme of things?
