Well, the door trim Brent and I usually wear white gloves, and use jeweler's tools to gently extract, this gem of a piece of trim. You on the other hand, just grab an air chisel and hack it off, there is plenty where that came from!!

Just kidding bro!!, I never took one off, but I would say go through the inside of the door, should be a nut or two holding it on from inside would be my guess!!

Oh, I checked out the vid, and I'll pass on the rear slider, that is a little far gone for my project, but I do appriciate you going to the bother of the vid and all. You are right, that cab is beat!

Door trim remove, Look on the inside of the door about a 1" on the front and on the rear and remove the nuts on the studs, I push out on the stud and look on the outside and you will see the clips, I push up right under the clip with a quick blow and most of the time the clip will pop right off the stud and stay in the molding.

im looking for the metal trim pieces for my back glass, i only have one of four pieces and need the rest, if you have all four pieces that go around the slider glass i wouldnt mind having them...there aluminum so they shouldnt cost much to ship..

yeah i would like to have the back glass it has every thing i need in it...all it needs to make it stop jumpin like that is a fabric like channel under the sliders
