I was talking about the engine and trans more like 1400 by the seat of my pants, pluss the engine alone is about the length of the bed and tailgate of my jeep.

Jappanees 4 poper trucks will move no matter what you put on the back one of the beniffets of 4.10 or lower gears and 26" tires compared to the 3.73's and 33" swampers. I could bearly make the 7% grade at 45mph empty. I still would try it if i could get it to fit in the back.

if it was me i would go for it, just let the jeep pull it at its own time dont push it, if it wont make it give it 4 low, and ease on up it till you get over the top, some times you just got to do what you got to do, as some one else earlier said

If you have a tow setup, a small utility trailer might be a better option.

U haul has decent local rental rates since you would be returning it to the same place you rented it from.

I looked at uhaul for pick up rentals and they were cheap enoughn, untill I noticed the $0.69 a mile millage sure charge wich would be about a hundred bucks. I gunna go to lowes in a bit and see how much a trailer hitch and some square tubing would be to add a hitch on to my jeep.

Then you would have a reason for a quadruple addaleaf package. But at least you could then add a snowplow and make some money there I bet the compition wouldn't be much of a problem.

U-Haul won't rent me a trailer because I don't have a hard top on my jeep, As we all know a fiberglass top is much better pretection than a six poin roll cage tide into the frame.

Better add a few k counter balance to the rear bumper as well if you plan on stuffing in that 3406.

-Enjoy

They wont rent you a trailer because you don't have a hard top?!?!?!

What a stupid reason.

If you can remove the back seat, would that give you enough room?
