aod problems
alright figured i'd try posting in here, i have a 1990 bronco with a 302 and an aod got a rebuilt motor like 50k ago and had the trans rebuilt about 15k ago so here's the story. got the rebuild and had 4.56's installed and i'm runnin 33x12.5's truck ran great for about a year then had to park the truck so i could get her to pass smog, six months later i get her goin again and something just didn't feel right the truck would go up through the gears just fine but when i'd downshift it feels like the trans is holding second gear too long then slams down into first. the transmission was under warranty still so i took it in the guy pulled the valvebody and governor and flushed the trans reset the tv cable. the problem still existed he showed me how to do some on the fly adjustmens but it's never back to normal. so i'm just trying to figure out if this has happened to anyone else and what their cure was. and i've paid to have the tv cable set by two shops now so i'm pretty sure that's not the problem.
