I just got my first truck.
Thanks guys!
It's the stock wheel, so I don't know how wide. Here's the before and after pic. The top is 31x10.5x15 BFG's and the bottom is 32x11.5x15 Kuhmo's on the same wheel.

It felt so good, nothing could of wiped the grin off my face yesterday. But of course the work isn't done, I just got it to a point where I can use it.
Still gotta:

damn that truck is lookin pretty sexy, how does it feel to be able to drive that beast after all the tools are put away...mine is next to pass an inspection, but mine has to get past a written off vehicle inspection and i too have been working on it for 3 months and probably will be for another month to come but it will be worth it, at least thats what i tell myself
...did i mention that you have a beautiful truck

Still gotta:- Re-attach the rearview mirror.
- Figure out what is causing the CEL.
- Change the oil and transmission fluid.
- Fix the spare tire mount, to get the spare out of the bed.
- Buff up that old paint.
- Maybe put in taller front springs.
- Maybe remove the bug deflector and front license plate mount.
It's amazing how one inch can make such a big difference. I'm gong to have to look into getting some 32x11.5's next time I need tires. Your truck looks so good! It would look good leveled out, but you don't have to touch it. Do you haul or tow a lot with it?
Would you mind doing me a favor? Look at your door jam sticker and see what size rims you have. I'm wanting to know how wide they are. I would really appreciate it!

His wheels are the same as yours. They are 15x7.5.
I think it looks great just like it is. The new tires do look sweet.
I would not level it out. As soon as any weight is put in the bed it will squat the rear and then it will be nose high as well as its handling and braking characteristics while towing will be worse.

I agree, that's why I asked if he tows or hauls with the truck. Besides, nothing wrong with a little rake. I think it looks good.
I have the same wheels as well. My trucks door jamb sticker says 7.5 I believe. I have heard others on the forums over the years also say that the OEM wheels are 7.5.
Since we are talking about these wheels, I don't think there is a better looking wheel for our trucks.

I agree with you yet again; these rims are great looking. Ford did an excellent job with the rims.
Those are my favorite wheels on these trucks. I kept the set off my truck when I changed them (mainly did it because I got a good buy on the wheels and tires that I run which were already mounted and balanced.) The originals were pretty oxidized, clear peeling badly and the tires were beyond shot 235's that had to go regardless. If I ever get ambitious enough to refinish them, I'll run em again with new rubber. At the rate I seem to be going, that'll be years from now though!
PS: Funny thing...after seeing your truck pic, I am thinking about putting the deflector back on my truck. Had the same one on mine that you have on yours when I got it and I pulled it. Think your truck looks pretty good with it and now thinking about mine going back on. Decisions, decisions....

Update: So my mechanic told me to replace the radius arm bracket, because it was cracked, but I didn't expect this much damage!
The whole inner ring is rusted off. Maybe I should replace the other side even though it isn't cracked.

i want your wheels.
I got a 1989 f-150 auto, 5.0 4x4 short bed for $800 and put about $400 in parts in it. you got a great deal as well.
Im also running 32/11.5's. But i dont have the stock wheels. I would love to have those wheels but i cant find a set anywhere.

HrdDrv started a thread about this exact thing a few days ago. It's beginning to pop up - I think there are more out there, undetected...
That does seem to be pretty standard stuff on these trucks. Radius arm brackets and bushings and rear leaf spring hangers. Good thing is these really do seem to be the extent of rust related replacement on most trucks. My truck required both radius arm brackets and the driver's side hanger (passenger's eventually I am sure.) Kinda makes sense since these pieces are pretty much in the line of fire all winter long for a nice brine bath.
