It's alive

I finally got all the kinks worked out from putting new heads, push rods, lifters and god knows what else. There is so much more power. Tomorrow I drive her to the body shop to get that candy apple red. Thanks for everyone's help here and the FE forum. I will need much more.

P.S. Still looking for a A/C bracket for a FE the one I have doesn't have the clearance to get over the power steering.

well, it's great to hear that you got it running.

you'll love the candy apple red. that's the color on my truck. when it was repainted before I got it they didn't put a clearcoat on it though so it doesn't shine as good as it could.

keep your eye open in the 1973-1979 Swap Meet, Ebay, Craigslist, etc for that A/C bracket. I just picked up some A/C brackets for my truck at a junkyard today......gonna try to put A/C in my truck.
