I've done some searching here and can't find the exact answere I'm looking for. A new set of tires is in my near future. I running stock rims, stock suspension and don't want to upgrade. What is the largest tire I can put on the stock rim without running into any trouble? The size on it now are LT 265/75R16 123.
Some of the newer F250/350 have larger tires or rims from what I understand. What year model could I get from that would be larger?
You can run a 285/75/16 on a stock wheel, and I believe you can even run a 305/75/16 on stock wheels. The trouble is the wider tires are a bit too wide for the stock wheel so you can get some funny tire wear. I have 285's on my truck with stock wheels and it likes to chew up the inside of the front tires.

I would go with the 265/75/16 if I could do it over. My 285/75/16s wear horribly. I hear rotating every 4K-5K helps, but the center wears much faster than the outsides due to "bowing". I think it makes my truck wander worse as well. $.02
