I might want to get that engine swap done sooner than later. Found me a 350 Olds that is just begging to make it's home in the cutlass so I have to make room on my engine stand

The one i bought will not work holes don't line up and i think the ohms are different it wasn't registering when i tried it. So now i have useless sending unit and they can't take it back either since it has been used. So in April i will buy one from LMC.

Question.. why not just do the free fix? Its not that the debate that the guage doesn't work, its that the float is misadjusted. Just bend the wirein the direction it needs to go in order to make it accurate, and chaulk it up to just one more thing you don't have to put money into and fixed yourself. I bet you a soda that a brand new sending unit adjusted the same way yours is would read identical readings at the guage.

Times two on what Curtis said. If bending the sending unit wire does'nt work, you can always order the new one.

Took off work a little early to get my new tires mounted. Should lighten up the front end and hopefully help me whoop up on some Chevys next weekend.

The bolt pattern is probably right for the skinnies on the front, but probably would need to take the lockouts off. LOL

They're going on my Mustang. And yeah, same bolt pattern as your Jeep Curt. They're shiny, so they would definitely make your Jeep fast. Don't listen to Chad. The extra weight of the black spray paint would slow you back down.
