Changed fuel filter, clean the screen near the fpr, changed oil and oil filter, and checked some things.

New lid for fuel filter.
Thanks to everyone here my Truck now has the proper filters and engine oil. i was also going to suck the oil out of the HPOP but i couldn't geet it open. And i unplugged 3 of the 4 valve cover plugs to check the prongs, bad news:
The farthest forward prong on the front plug and the farthest rear prong on the rear plug on the passenger side were melted so bad they were almost gone! i checked the front but not the back plug on the driver's side and it looked perfect.
If you fix the pins and wires she will have alot more PEEP. Burnt pins (especially burnt off pins), bad connections, and bad wiring harness means injectors that are not firing at 100% or not firing at all with burnt off pins.
seriously? i thought that those connectors were just for glow plugs, guess i never thought it through though. does the wires from the idm go through there?
it's a 4 pin connector the outer 2 are for the GP, and the inner 2 are for you injectors, had to change mine a long time ago before I put the stage 2's in, and I could tell a difference.
There's a problem with that filter you took out... It's not red. Just kidding.
The connections/wires can be a little melted and you shouldn't have any problems. However, eventually you will have you short out. So it's something you can do when you have the time...
