Nice job Lisa. Now you should get three more and go across the tailgate. When you are all done, you can fly out and do mine. There is plenty of sunshine here.

Yep definitely different. I am not sure if I would have done that but there is nothing wrong with doing something different. Maybe if you had markers where the hooks are it wouldn't look so spread out, just a thought.

Well I figured people would either like it or really not like it..which is cool. I figured I already had tie down hooks drilled into the bed...why the hell not.

I got the International symbol off ebay, you can usually find them there. The guy I bought mine from had a buttload of them, I always wonder how people end up with stuff like that.

There are some sticker companies out there who make similar ones too...but they aren't metal emblems.

I'd have to take a look and see how hard it would be to run electrical into the tailgate. Of course you are then confronted with the issue of running wire into a part of the vehicle that still needs to open and close. I took me all day to do this because I had to carefully thread that electrical into the side of the bed, using a tool I had fashioned out of a wire clothes hanger. Kinda like a giant cross stiching needle. LOL

LOL. Hey, I have never cross stitched, but I still know what the needle looks like.

Well dang. Sorry I blew that cover.

I'm curious to see what else you'll come up with.

Looks good, Lisa. I like the location but I'm sure I would bust one or more of them by being the clumsy fool like I am loading and unloading crap from the bed.

Ok Lisa, I'm going to be the lone dissenting voice...I personally don't like them but I'm happy for you that you like them and you did 'em yourself. And we have all the warm weather you want too, and quicker and cheaper to get too.

BTW, i added some lights similar to those to the metal seam of the truck down where the running boards go, LED. Looks good, and cant see 'em during the day, but at nite look really cool.

Its all good Jay. It doesn't bother me that you have an opinion. I'm sure there are others who didn't like it, but didn't post.

LEDs along the bottom of the truck body would be cool. Here in Iowa, with all the salt, the lights would be destroyed after one winter, to be sure.
