Rear diff oil
I'll be changing the rear diff fluid in a week or so due to a rusted cover.
Will regular 85w140 gear oil with a LSD additive will be OK or should I spring for the 75w140 or 85w140 Royal Purple synthetic oil?
I found Royal Purple for less than $13/quart online with free shipping, which is about $3/quart cheaper than a local auto parts store.
For the regular oil, I found some Rotella 85w140 and already have additive left from a different project.
