We pulled the filter housing replaced the O rings on the fuel filter and lines (thanks for the rings Bob), replaced the soft OEM turbo hoses and now she wont fire up.
Tried cranking it a couple times and the ICP only comes up to 125, dont know what it should it be ?
Anyone with help or input where we should be looking.
Did you turn the key on to let the system fill up with fuel and check for leaks? If you just try to start the truck it will take a little bit of time for the fuel bowl and rails to fill up...

3 cycles of the pump should fill the fuel bowl but I can not think of a reason why it would not fire simply from rebuilding the fuel bowl. Even if the 1/4" fuel lines were drained, they should purge enough to get a rough running idle in just a few cranks.
Check the wiring to the IPR, ICP and other wiring around the fuel bowl / top of engine to see if you accidentally disconnected something.
Well, we hooked up the monster size obdII machine my friend has and it says the injector pressure is low so were thinking the IPR ? on the back side of the HPOP might have gone south while it was apart.
I got no idea how the thing works but learning is a good thing I guess. So many sensors, it can overwhelm a guy new to these motors.
It did throw a code when the CPS went bad last month, 1210,1215, I think it was, something about the injector pressure control out of limits and I thought maybe it was from the hicupp it did a couple times as the CPS was dying. I replaced the CPS and reset the codes thinking all was well.
So he's going to find out the test procedure for the valve from one of his former work/ tech. buddies and we go from there.
Take the plug on top of the HPOP off and look in side, I bet it is low on oil. Fill it up then try again, all the cranking will drain the Hpop. Just like after changing injectors.
