Low Oil Pressure?
I have a 94 F150 w/ 351. Ive been driving lately and have noticed that the oil pressure gauge is just barely making it into the {normal} range. Now I know that these gauges are not very accurate and are kinda just there to look at, however it seems like it should at least move up (its not even to the 'N' in normal. I use 10w30 oil. Is this a big deal or should I not worry about that gauge?

How many miles on the engine? Does engine temperature effect the pressure reading, typically the colder the engine then higher the oil pressure. When was the last time you changed the oil? Definitely check with a mechanical gauge. I'm guessing but would expect to see between 20-40psi with the engine up to temp.

Good info. I may check it with a mech. gauge if i can get my hands on one just for peace of mind.
