my truck is a 2001 lightning,its got a chip from jdm a j49,cool air filter and boost bypass.what should it run in the quarter now?i havent raced it yet.and what other mods should i get?

lets say money was no object,what would you do next?i got a chip (j-49)cool air,and boost bypass. another thing when this truck is pulling hard in third,i get like it cut out real quick like.almost like it spun for a split sec.what could that be.maybe it did spin a sec,who knows,but it happened so quick that it was gone before ya knew it.
