Any spring will settle after time. Depending on the quality of the spring used, you may not see that much drop.
If you installed a complete rear spring pack over just an add-a-leaf or larger block, the entire truck may settle and stay level.
In most cases, it will not settle a considerable amount.
Over time, every spring loses some tension.
