and im excited too! i have me a 06 doner truck with a 5.9 common rail and automatic 2wd and i am going to be swapping the motor into my 97 f-250 along with the dodge tranny and rear end. i am going to put twin turbos, dual cp3's o-ring head gasket, and bigger injectors in it. i am going to figure out how to retain the factory dodge overhead console with avg mpg, compass, and temp. cruize controll will be retained and factory door lock-unlock key fob. i want to make everything jam-up as i possibly can and take all the extra time and money i can on this rig. and i will have a 7.3 powerstroke and e40d for sale that everything works perfectly on. the motor-trans is not worn out in any way and runs-shifts smooth still. i just want more. so if anyone thinks they may want it it will be up for sale in a couple of weeks. i am gonig to try to post a lot of pictures this time and take my time and do it right. what do you guys think?
the lady that drove the dodge says that it got 24mpg highway. the truck has 50,000 miles on it. it was a sweet deal, i got a good ford that needs a cummins imo. the truck has never been ragged on or pulled a trailer, save the cummins for what??? lol, i,ll let ya,ll know when the motor-tranny is for sale, i'll have an auction or something.
