door key pad
Is there a way to figure out the code to unlock the doors on my truck using the numerical key pad on the outside without having to go to the dealer. I know how to lock it but i bought the truck used and nobody knew the unlock code. Its an 04' lariat crew cab.

There are many, many, similar threads because the question comes up often. So search the Superduty forum using the word "keypad". This is the diesel motor forum.
Your dealer can do it by connecting to the PCM, but probably not for free.

I just had mine pulled by the dealer expecting to get taken to the bank. I had them program a new key (I purchased on ebay) and pulled the code. Total cost was $40 and about 20 minutes of my day. I tried the other methods, but gave up due to cold. Check your dealer and talk to the service guys some will do it for free.
