Look under the water pump, see if its coming out of the weep hole. also check around and under the thermostat housing for coolant pooling around there.

Ok, so I crawled under the truck today since we had a nice day. It appears that it's coming from above where the lower radiator hose connects to the water pump.
Is this near or where the weep hole is?
After looking at it, I am leaning towards needing a new water pump =(
No, I just looked at it with a flash light. Truck is not running right now, have to replace the TFI ignition module, so i can't go anywhere right now to have the test done.
