Significant power loss after Trans install

I just R & R'd my tranny because of a blown front seal and I now have significant power loss. I have to get the RPM's up to 2k and the turbo kicks in before I can get up to 10 mph. Just wondering did I do something wrong here?

Yes did the job myself, not an ol hand when it comes to automatics, but I followed the service manual step by step.

Okay so its taking a bunch of hp to get it rolling. It must be in a limp mode, meaning it is not going into a lower gear range. You need to check and recheck all your electrical connections. And maybe do the disconnect battery deal too, or scan tool reset after connections have been verified.
