Got my remote today and I don't really understand the directions. I dont understand what to do for #2
They say
1. Turn ignition to RUN or ACC
2. Momentarily jump pins in programming connector located at base of steering column. All doors will lock, then unlock to confirm programming mode.
3. Press any button on first transmitter. Door locks will cycle to confirm programming. Press any button on second transmitter(Up to 4 transmitters total possible)
4. Turn ignition to OFF. Locks will again cycle to indicate end of programming mode. Done

I have no idea about remote door locks, but this is how I understand it.Find the programming connector at the base of the steering connector.Once found, momentarily jump the pins in the connector. You can probably jump them with a wire. The doors should then lock, and then unlock, which confirms that you want it in programming mode.
I can see how you don't understand. If I were you,go to the company's website and see if there is any more detailed instructions,or even pictures that can help you.

ok thanks. So jumping pins means take a wire and touch 2 pins together?
I have no idea what the programming connector looks like so if anyone has a picture that would help a ton.

That's pretty much the way I understand it.If I were you, since it seems nobody's really on,I'd do a google image search of the programming connector for whatever vehicle it is for.Good luck with it man.
Here is a picture of the 2 pin connector to make it easier for someone else doing this.
Just take a wire and touch 1 end to 1 pin and the other end to the other pin and your locks will cycle 1 time, then push the lock or unlock button on your new keyless remote and the locks will cycle again, then turn key off and they will cycle 1 more time and your done.
