Forgive me for asking but, whats wrong with a custom shop making a headliner, I had my headliner redone in my LTD for a reasonable price, and they had to mak it from scratch and its a 4 door car so its huge. I don't remember the exact price because it came part of a package deal with th e seats I had them reupolster all for 800 bucks, but I got a true custom job that was done by an older couple that had been doing it for years. Since the headliner is just cardboard in these trucks, why don't you try and make it yourself? Its just a thought.
i made my own custom one for my regular cab,,i used a cnc router at the local high school and carved "ford power" in to a piece of like 3/16 plywood,,covered it in white,,covered the white with black and cut the black out around the letter,,it looks damn sexy
