I have one in my 99 psd dually and I love mine. I put mine in and mounted my CB to the underside of it. It was worth it in my opinion simply for a place to mount the cb that is out of the way. I love having a shelf up there to put my sunglasses, phone and all that junk we carry with us. I have the light grey one and it matched my headliner to a T. Easy to install and very solid no squeeks or anything from it. No view obstruction at all.
The only issue I didnt like was when I reinstalled the sun visors they were way to low so I took mine out all together as I always wear sunglasses and a hat anyway if I need something to block the sun.
Hope that helps in your decision. I got mine through cabela's but if I were to do it again I would try and get it direct from the company that manufactures it. They are only about 100 miles from me in Washington.

I have personnally used and recomended this one to many people. It is nice and is out of the way and very sturdy. Great match to the headliner.

Guess I'm in the minority here... My Jeep Cherokee had one in it when I bought it and I HATED it. It restricted my view and was generally a PITA.

This is what I installed. It didn't fit the contour so I had to do some cutting to get it to fit. The visor hangs down a little lower but it's no big deal. It's keep all my junk that I use in a convienent place.

I was just wondering if anyone could post some pics. of how the visors look inside their rides. Also I have the extened overhead consule and I see it says this overhead consule doesnt work with that, and I was wondering if anyone has used this in a similar matter and not had problems.
