I mean no offence by this Tommy, because frankly, I like ya and think you're a good guy.

However, I think you know that you type a lot of stuff incorrectly and your grammar does take a little bit of getting used to. Maybe if you gave us some details about yourself, it may explain why. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't type like this on purpose.

I only say this because you're getting upset that Stosh is replying to your comments in a mocking manner. We all know Stosh around here, most find out Stosh is not a saint. However if there is a legit reason why you type the way you do, I don't think Stosh would make fun of you if he knew why your posts take a few minutes to re-read.

Again no offence - just trying to help.

It is really hard sometimes to figure out the intent of something that is only in type and not spoken word. Sometimes it comes off as being a smart *** or rude when you can't hear the voice behind the words in order to pick up on intent. Also, we have many different personalities on the forums and not every one agrees with each others sense of humor. Then again, some of us are just smart asses and mean nothing by it, just a humorous reply. I was taken to task a little for calling my Supercab an extended cab, but I took it as a joke, and not to be meant mean spirited. If it was, so what? It's just words, and I'm a big boy, words don't hurt me, only exwives and the I.R.S. can do that.

Stosh types what he thinks.. I agree with him on the bad grammar thing sometimes, I have read posts that I have no idea wtf they're talking about, however it is better to bite your tounge sometimes and accept things for how they are

Thank you for watching Oprah today. Up next, a bunch of guys discuss Ford trucks

tommy70084 I do not live far from you. If you need a hand or help let me know. I do not have answers to everything, but I can figure out most things. Grammar is not an issue, I do not judge. Most of the people here are very helpful. I too am new to chatting and agree that reading the written word without inflection or tone can be distorted. Most here mean well and you can not take it personally.

Years ago one of my good friends was run over at tiger stadium when he was 8. He was told he would not walk or talk again. He now does landscaping in baton rouge and speaks well, aside from the basic cursing. He overcame the odds... like I said grammar is not an issue. If I judged just on typing I would be a lonely miserable human.I know many people, myself included, that have more dimension than typing can show. Like I said if you need help I will do my best. I have learned more than ever on this site.

Tommy, it took me a long time to get up the frijoles to introduce myself to this site. The first statement I made was to thank Dave and Stoch for their inputs into this site (and that thank you is extended to many others as well). I sat forever reading, quite as a mouse, because I was learning and really had no great wisdom to offer this forum. More questions, then answers, yet if I searched hard enough my problems were solved through the history of this site.
My only advise to you is when you speak your option, please type it out in a formal manner, like you’re literally addressing the ford mechanics association. Don’t type like you would in a text message, sculpt your sentences. That is all anyone is asking. Stoch berated you for grammar, bfd. Don’t take it to heart. I'm almost positive some think me a dumb *** for asking the questions I do.
You claim disability for how you pronunciate. We all have something in our history that shorted us some how. Mine was an 20 lb widow maker that slurred my speech and stanched my walk, got me fired from my federal job because of inability to perform, $800 dollars a month in retirement and a wife that wonders if we can survive financially. Essentially, Ax Men are a bunch of pussies, because they are not dealing with 300 foot flame lengths in the course of their job. Yet, through my disability I still find the time to try and write some what coherent (took me two hours just to write this), although it may take me longer then most, I still try to address people with respect. Maybe you should follow suit.

Suck it up Tommy - If you spent as much time in salvage yards as Stosh, you would be rough around the edges too.

There are always bad apples in a crate, bad apples try to spoil the rest because they are not content with what they are!

I don't know the person, I am pretty newbie here abouts, I would like to know the person for I would like to know EVERYONE! We are all different, thats what makes life interesting. The more people you know, the more you'll know.

Read enough of my postings and you will see I am as well challenged, I just spend the time to carefully work out my words, I still don't get them right, but I try real hard, re-reading and editing for hours sometimes, I typically am booted before hitting the submit... Thus I have learned to copy and paste my posts to a local text editor so I don't lose them.

Most people that spend the time in forums are AWESOME PEOPLE and deserve way more than they ever get, They spend thier time, giving out thier knowledge for free, It wasn't free to them! Whether<sp> it was knuckles or schooling, They paid!

Don't let it get to ya!
I know it's hard, but don't let it.

-Enjoy

Hmm...well I may just be a good ol boy from Oklahoma. There's 3 things you don't do. Touch little kids, hit women, and make fun of someone with a disability. Rough around the edges or not. You guys up north tend to think a little differently.

Tommy, thank you for sharing. Sorry that it happend to you. I knew something was going on like this. I had a friend who as a child got a high fever which lead to some problems, and he typed just like you do.

As someone else said - You might take just an extra few minutes to edit your posts. It could make a huge improvement.

Good luck Tommy
