fill up the engine compartment...lol
That reminds me of a funny story.
I used to install office interiors when I was younger....Those office panels and the contents that all hang from them.
Anyway, we would put our toolboxes on moving dollies( the flat ones with 4 wheels)...well boys being boys, they were always messing around and one guy screwed my box to the dolly on my lunch break.
Well, I can dish it out too....The next day I drilled a small hole in his box (which was locked) at the end of the day and inserted the nozzle from the expanding foam can....
When he opened his box the next morning...I was on the floor laughing. There was no mistaking who did it....he spent hours chipping his tools out and cleaning them off. The boss bought me a beer for it...

lol.....
As a matter of fact I may be there next winter....My inlaws have bought a place to winter in Phoenix....I think...Sun City area?....off of Grand I think. I tried to find it on maps, but I can't remember exactly where it is.
It is a compound of mobile homes I believe.
In any event, maybe we'll get to have that beer, and trade some good stories.

That sounds about right. Grand runs right through Sun City, and turns into Hwy 60. Stay on that road, headed northwest for about 150 miles, and you're darn near in Vegas! Minor detour west on Interstate 40, then take the hwy 93 another 95 miles, and you are there! Look out Snoopy!

(Your in-laws will give the wife something to do while you and I go whoop it up!)

So your CEL is no longer coming on? Which sensor did you change???
the white unit attached to the egr? ..or the egr solenoid.
Let me know..
edit....I just looked up egr parts and guessing that you changed the egr valve position sensor. I also noticed online that the sensor in my parts truck is the same, so I will try it tomorrow and see what happens ....
Yelp! Thats the sensor. Man u just dont know how it feel good to look down at your speedometer and not see that darn CEL light. Ford mechanic told me to grind the tip off just a little and I could get better gas mileage, not sure how true that is. But he's the head mechanic at out local dealer, and a good friend. Told me to bring to him and he would do it. But I just used the old sensor off my motor swap. Let me know how u turn out on yours.
