I was getting on the interstate today and hit the accelerator and the motor sounded like a dodge cummings commig apart. Rattleing really load, my wife said it soundel like the lifters just coming undone. It basically would not go more then 20 mph, sputtered, no turbo boost nothing. I was very close to my dealerhip at the time. It is sitting in the early bird drop off lane for service in the morning. truck is completely stock 20k and had been flashed so I can tell when it is in regen. Any bidy got any ideas. please help

Have you heard anything back yet? Also what job # is your truck?
Ok, they could not get it to duplicate the problem and it ran just fine. Normally I would say B.S. This time though I know the mechanic, he rebuilt my 05 6.0 when i lifted the heads and had a tuner in the truck and warrantied it. He searched the codes and came up with squat and drove it for 2 days. He believes it whet into a regen at exacly the same time I jumped on the accelaeator. He agreed it should not have done it but cant come up with any thing else, he even contacted ford with the systems and came up empty. I will hope all is fine but i did hear mechanical noice that was not normal to the truck....
Mine has done it both times getting on the interstate this week. Right around 65MPH on the gas it starts spitting and sputtering and letting out huge amounts of smoke.
Sadly just last week was the first time it has been in the shop and it was for its first oil change and reflash..Go figure.
