It depends on the shop, if they can blend the clear it would be cheaper than clearing the whole panel.
If the corner isn't mangled and can be pulled nice, with limited mud work and they blend paint and clear, I would guesstimate around $500.
Since it's the lower corner they can break the paint and clear line around the tail light, if it was in the middle of the panel , they would probably spray the full side.
