Air in power steering system

What is the best way to get air out of the power steering system? I understand this can be quite difficult.

at an idle, keep turning wheels lock to lock{full right to full left}, add fluid as needed. Shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes. do not over fill.

It works best if you can do what dustybumpers suggested with the front end off the ground on jack stands.

True. A properly placed full size floor jack will raise both front tires off the ground much simpler than messing with jack stands. On a 4X4 just put the floor jack under the front pumpkin.
