Warranty question
Ok...so my trucks at 40,500 miles and the fuel gauge is going nuts......so anyone have luck getting repairs done out of warranty when its close???? If so...whats the best way to go about it...dealer? Ford?

I've heard of people getting some relief if they have 36.5K or 37K, but not +40K. Besides, Ford, while better off than the other car companies, is still dealing with a huge loss so I wouldn't expect them to extend the olive branch to owners. Moreover, the dealership is feeling the pinch as well and will want to charge the consumer labor rate rather than the warranty labor rate. But wonders never cease, good luck with it.
