Help With Signature

Now that I have enough post I need to create a signature.
I must have hops induced brain fade and can't seem to find where to create the sig. Any help?

Toward the top of your screen is a ttol bar. On the left is "User CP". Click on that and scroll down to "Edit Signature"

I have done that, except there is no "edit signature". I just now got my 25 posts in. Does it take a while for the site to recognize it? Should I sign out and back in?
