The 5.9L Cummins runs a Holset HX35. The High output model runs a HX40. There a several aftermarket Schwitzer's available for clockwise rotation turbos/

That's just a stock turbo. And since the site doesn't even know what brand (says Garrett in the picture) or if the turbo has a wastegate (it doesn't in the picture, and shouldn't if its a replacement turbo) I would steer clear.
