I was just speaking of trees in general. I need to find some pruned limbs from peach, apple and pear trees to try in my smoker when I barbecue. I have been using a lot of hickory and mesquite bought ast the store. A friend gave me some pecan which I will try when it dries out

I got a smoker and cook my stuff most of the day using a vinegar basting sauce that I make and my own rub. Have had some good luck with Boston Butts and Hollywood ribs. I only got beef to come out the way I wanted once. I smoked a couple turkeys for Thanksgiving and they were really good.
