Tranny swap
HI guys, I'm new to this site and could use some help. I have a 1984 f-250 with a 351w and a c-6 auto trans. I want to put a 5 speed manual form a 1991 f-150 with 4.9Lt. engine, on my windsor. Will it bolt up?

yes it will bolt up to the motor but will require getting a different tranny crossmember, getting longer/shorter drivshafts for front rear. also that bing the m5od tranny i wouldnt install it due to being a weak tranny and never being placed behind a 5.8 for that reason. Look for a ZF tranny out of another F250/F350 from 88+ get the driveshafts and crossmember.
