can i use the rear discs from a 96 econoline van with a dana rear(dana 60)
be used under my 78 truck with a dana 60?? Are the spring perches the same?? Or could the brake parts be swapped over??

 

You should be able to just swap the brake parts over, unless you just want the whole thing. Make sure you get it all, backing plate, cables, hoses, etc. To my knowledge the D60 didn't vary much throughout the years. Good luck and let us know how it went.
